Ponder His Faithfulness...

"JESUS THE FAITHFUL ONE"

"The confidence we have...
the trust we hold...
the hope we carry...
rest in His faithfulness.
Every promise He has made
He purposes to fulfill.
He has the authority to
accomplish all He has spoken.
His power is limitless...
His character changeless...
His love endless!"

I John 1:9 (New International Version)
"If we confess our sins, He is FAITHFUL and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."

"A Plan For You" by W. R. Goodman

"Who walks with Christ need never fear,
For His strong arm is ever near;
He's there to lift you when you fall,
And He listens for each loved one's call.
Who can doubt His tender care,
For can't you feel His presence there?
The love that suffered on the cross,
Will minimize your every loss.
He placed you in this wondrous world,
Trees, and grass, and flowers dew-pearled,
And He Who heeds the sparrow's fall,
Will not abandon you at all.
His highest creation, you, a man,
Are at the center of His plan;
He's watched mankind for a million years,
Held his hand, and dried his tears.
He gives you joy for every pain,
And sends the sunshine after rain;
He died so you could conquer sin,
With a plan for Eternal Life to win.
If you sang His praise for a million years,
And shed a million grateful tears,
The debt you owe could not be paid,
He only asks you walk with Him - unafraid!"

"Once you have
received a miracle
and been freed from
the bondage of
sickness and
disease, you must
treasure that
miracle. Thank
God for His
touch and give
Him the glory
continually."
(Benny Hinn -

Healing)

Lamentations 3:22 & 23: (New King James Version)
"Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed,
Because His compassions fail not."
"They are new every morning;
GREAT IS YOUR FAITHFULNESS."

"A Little Prayer" by Marion Schoeberlein

"Every storm that we live through
Is worth another prayer,
After the storm is over
We know that God was there...
Every day we've ever lived
Is worth a Thank You to
The God Who keeps our steps with Him -
Who watches all we do...
Every small miracle proves that
There's Someone Who must care,
The joys and tears of life always
Are worth a little prayer!"

"He's There" by Betty Purser Patten

"The storms of life will gather
and the bitter winds assail,
Yet beyond the depths of anguish
is a love that cannot fail.
It's a love that's always with us
though at times it seems obscure,
But there never is desertion
in a love so true and pure.
When at times you feel deserted
and you seem to walk alone,
Try to picture God in glory
seated on the mercy throne.
Try to picture Christ at Calvary
as He hung upon the tree,
And how lonely, when He cried out -
"Why has Thou forsaken Me?"
Yes, our Lord once had the feeling
that He, too, was all alone,
Yet, God proved that He was present
sitting on the mercy throne.
Satan often tries to trick us
into thinking God's not there,
But if Calvary's our example,
He is closest in despair."

"The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore."   (Psalm 121:8) (The Amplified Bible)
"God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord."
(I Corinthians 1:9) (New King James Version)

"I Call Upon His Name"  by Edna Massimilla

"Whenever I am burdened
I call upon His name.
I tell it all to Jesus.
Then the burden isn't the same.
He died for me at Calvary:
From sin He set me free.
Through Him there is salvation.
Oh, how much He loveth me.
I can't get along without Him
His spirit shall always remain,
So whenever I am burdened,
I call upon His name."

<>< <>< <>< <><
"Always remember that
it's not ability but
our AVAILABILITY that
matters to God. When
we make ourselves
available to Him for
service, we become a
channel that He can
anoint to bring His
healing power and
presence to the lives
of others.
The same thing takes
place in the miracle
crusades. Those
glorious miracles
don't happen because
of any ability I
possess. I couldn't
even heal an ant!
Before I ever take
one step onto the
platform, I always
invite the Holy Spirit
to walk out with me.
As I make myself
available to God, He
anoints me for Service.
And as His power and
presence flow through
me in that service,
it's not anything I
possess that touches
the people; it's the
Lord. Much like a
garden hose carries
water to thirsty,
wilting plants grow-
ing in parched soil,
I'm just the channel
He anoints and uses
to bring God's heal-
ing power and presence
to the hurting and
spiritually hungry.
I make myself available,
and He does the rest!"

The Miracle of Healing)

"One of the basic desires of the soul is to live on and on. Self-preservation is the first law of nature. People may grow tired of aches and pains and the decrepitude of old age, but they do not grow tired of life itself. God has arranged to satisfy this yearning of the soul to live forever, and the desire to be free from pain and sickness and trouble. People are little creatures with big capacities, finite beings with infinite desires, deserving nothing but demanding all. God made people with this huge capacity and desire in order that He might come in and completely satisfy that desire. God made the human heart so big that only He can fill it. He made it demand so much that only He can supply that demand...Jesus Christ is the only one who holds the keys of death. In His death and resurrection He took the sting out of death, and now God offers eternal life to every person who puts his trust and faith in His Son Jesus Christ."

"We Thank You Lord" by Mary Eleanor Pitney:

"Thank You, dear Father, for each day
On earth You let me live,
For the many joys and blessings
And pleasures that You give.
The lovely spring time - new each year
With the budding of the trees,
Bright blossoms blooming everywhere
To delight the honey bees.
White capped peaks and gleaming meadows
Songbirds caroling with mirth
And Your forest babies waking
From the bosom of the earth.
Azure skies and brilliant sunsets
Diamond studded morning dews,
For Your many earthly wonders
Our eternal thanks to You."

"The fire that lit the boiler of the New Testament church was an unquenchable belief that if Jesus had been only a man, He would have stayed in the tomb. The earliest Christians couldn't stay silent about the fact that the one they saw hung on a cross walked again on the earth and appeared to five hundred people.
Let us ask our Father humbly; yet confidently in the name of Jesus, to remind us of the empty tomb. Let us see the victorious Jesus: The conqueror of the tomb, the one who defied death. And let us be reminded that we, too, will be granted that same victory!"  (Max Lucado - Grace For The Moment)

"The psalm writer acknowledged that the needs
of the poor had been ignored and their situation
seemed hopeless. But Psalm 9:18 states that
their God had not forgotten them - He would care
for them.
'For the needy will not be forgotten forever;
the hopes of the poor will not always be crushed.'
(New Living Translation)
God assured His people through the prophet Jeremiah
that He would be faithful to them and accomplish
His ultimate plan through them. Jeremiah 32:40-41
gives His wonderful promise:
'I will make an everlasting covenant with them,
promising not to stop doing good for them. I will
put a desire in their hearts to worship me, and
they will never leave me. I will rejoice in doing
good to them and will faithfully and wholeheartedly
replant them in this land.'
(New Living Translation)
In this letter to the believers in Rome, Paul assures
Christians everywhere of God's never-ending love for
them. He writes in Romans 8:38-39:
'I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us
from His love. Death can't, and life can't. The
angels can't, and the demons can't. Our fears for
today, our worries about tomorrow, and even the
powers of hell can't keep God's love away. Whether
we are high above the sky or in the deepest ocean,
nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate
us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ
Jesus our Lord.'
(New Living Translation)
Remember when you were a child and became separated
from your mother in the department store? All you
saw were tall strangers and merchandise stacked to
the ceiling as you panicked and rushed from aisle
to aisle. Few things are as frightening as the
feeling of being lost or abandoned.
Even as adults, however, we can still feel forgotten
and lost at times, and this leaves us feeling vul-
nerable and afraid. In these times, we need to
listen to God's Word, which is packed with promises
of God's everlasting love for those who trust Him.
Although you may seem virtually invisible in this
world, God sees you - He has not forgotten or
abandoned you. Although the future looks dismal
today, we can always count on God's promise to be
with us.
You are not lost - look up and find God. And look
ahead, to eternity, and find hope."

"GOD WILL SUPPLY EVERY NEED!"

"Claim these Scriptures every day for yourself!"
"The LORD is my shepherd; I SHALL NOT WANT." (Psalm 23:1)
"The young lions lack and suffer hunger; but those
who seek the LORD SHALL NOT LACK ANY GOOD THING."
(Psalm 34:10)
"Trust in the LORD, and do good; dwell in the land,
and FEED ON HIS FAITHFULNESS."  (Psalm 37:3)
"I have been young, and now am old; yet I HAVE NOT
SEEN THE RIGHTEOUS FORSAKEN, nor His descendants
begging bread."  (Psalm 37:25)
"Blessed be the Lord, WHO DAILY LOADS US WITH BENEFITS,
the God of our salvation! Selah."  (Psalm 68:19)
"For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD will
give grace and glory; NO GOOD THING WILL HE WITHHOLD
from those who walk uprightly."  (Psalm 84:11)
"He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him
up for us all, HOW SHALL HE NOT WITH HIM ALSO FREELY
GIVE US ALL THINGS?"  (Romans 8:32)
"Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life,
what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about
your body, what you will put on. Is not life more
than food and body more than clothing? Look at the
birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor
gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds
them. ARE YOU NOT OF MORE VALUE THAN THEY?"
(Matthew 6:25-26)
"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness,
and ALL THESE THINGS SHALL BE ADDED TO YOU." (Matthew 6:33)
"Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks
for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for
a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being
evil, know how to give good gifts to your children,
HOW MUCH MORE WILL YOUR FATHER WHO IS IN HEAVEN GIVE
GOOD THINGS TO THOSE WHO ASK HIM!"  (Matthew 7:9-11)
"And my GOD SHALL SUPPLY ALL YOUR NEED according to
His riches in glory by Christ Jesus."  (Phil. 4:19)
