Michelle wanted something to go in her elegant living room. I used colors that would go with her sofa, and made
it sofa throw size with a hanging sleeve, so that she could drape it over her couch or use it as a wall-hanging.
Many of the fabrics came from South Africa and have "ghost" images of leaves and ferns. I used metallic thread
to define the veins in the leaves and quilted blowing leaves throughout the quilt.
