All Personal Training Programs have the following:
* Daily Nutrition Diary and Weekly Workout Planner are
available on my site to dowload.
Nutrition is a major part of our program. You will be amazed at how disproportioned our protein,carbs
and other nutrients are compared to what we need and burn. I will also provide information on effective proven strategies
to increase your metabolism. e.g. eat your largest meal in the morning- fuel for the day. What types of food
have negative calories? ..
*Exercise prorgression will be designed to burn stored adipose fat, strengthen
muscles and increase stamina.- this is only possible through strength training. Two main factors-You will have an increase
in metabolism and your will burn calories after your workout. We will maximize your caloric expenditure with interval
training.
*Recovery and Regeneration- Post workout strategies- eating high protein small meal/snack after
our workout. Increasing dark leafy vegatables-high in iron and limiting white flour and process sugar intake
will assist in muscle recovery. Using the Foam Roller for deep tissue regeneration- this will improve the blood
circulation, reveal any knots and promote muscle fiber recovery.

Private Personal Training
- Train indoor or outdoors
- Equipment will be provided
- (1) 60 minute session (contact me for pricing)
- (5) 60 minute session (contact me for pricing)
- Multi-Session packages for special events, weddings, competitions available.
- Body composition and assessment session is complimentary after purchase.
After our assessment session I will have the vital data for
injury prevention and a customized,effective exercise prescription.
My current schedule is Monday - Friday 5:30am -8pm. Weekends are flexible.
Option 1 prices are set by the private clubs- all rules & regulations applies. Private sessions are directly
through Fitness Foundry.

After you submit the Goals & Assessment Form please printout the Nutrition
Journal- we will need this for our first meeting. Upon reviewing your current nutrition I will develop
a customized daily nutritional program conducive to your goals. Very safe, scientifically based and effective.
