Coffee Production at San Lucas Toliman, Guatemala. Students from Cabrini College learned the steps in coffee production, from growing and picking to washing and packing.
Juan-Ana coffee is gathered from the San Lucas farm and from select families in communities surrounding San Lucas Toliman. The coffee growers receive a just price for their work. The coffee is sold through the Catholic diocese of New Ulm, Minn.
