Front Attacks: Choke

Assailant attacks from the front, grabbing you by your throat.

With a quick, choppy motion, bring your arms up inside his elbows to break the hold. Don't follow through with this motion. Moving your arms beyond shoulder width expends strength you need for the next move. You should already be moving forward.

Head-butt him in the nose. Depending on height, the ideal point of contact is your hairline. Use your forward momentum as the force behind the head-butt.

Immediately follow the head-butt with a kick to his knee. Important: Aim for the inside of the knee joint. With enough force, a break is possible. Even if you don't break it, you will put him on the ground with this move. Now run!
