Rear Attacks: Shirt Grab
Assailant attacks from the rear, grabbing your clothing.
Simultaneous move: Whip your head around to make eye contact.
This establishes a target for your left elbow, which is following a split second behind. Note:
The elbow is harder than the fist. It's vital that you whip around quickly. Your momentum
will break his hold and create force behind your elbow. Ideal point of contact: temple or ear.
Even if you miss these, you'll still hurt him. Keep moving forward.
Immediately follow with your other elbow. You're simply following
through with the momentum you've already established. He's sustained two hits in quick succession
to the head. This should break the hold and his balance. Now run!
