About Katie's Wish:
During the years of Katie's cancer treatment, we were amazed at the outpouring of love and generosity of some many people that we knew or had heard about Katie. We wanted to find a way of giving back.

KATIE'S WISH was founded in April 2005 -- a few months after Katie completed her cancer treatment. We hope to help others facing similar situations as ours by being advocates for childhood cancer awareness through our fundraising efforts.

Our fundraising efforts assist charitable organizations that help families who have a child living with cancer. We do not have 501c3 status, but the organizations for which we fundraise do. We strive to bring attention to childhood cancer and survivorship issues, through the information found on our web site and through our fundraising. We believe that one voice can make a difference. Imagine what we can do together!
