My thoughts on Hillary

"Who the hell are you and why should I read this crap?"

Well I will take this space to introduce myself and you are to take this to determine if you should ready my blog.

So, Who am I? I am a Middle-Class, overweight, Married male with two children who is Conservative, Christian, and a white Southerner. Yes that puts me squarely into the class of people that is perfectly ok to discriminate against.

I am opinionated, I hold my beliefs, and I AM open minded. I do look at each side to issues and weigh them against my core beliefs to determine my stance. I have been posting my thoughts and opinions on a message-board for a few years and I wanted a place for me to post my thoughts without having to worry about the audience not understanding it. Also, this will give me a place to store those posts without having to worry about the host "losing" them.

I pay attention to the world around me and when I see something that I think is wrong I want a place to call it out. Also, when I see something that is right I want to call attention to it as well.

I was born and raised in Arkansas and I currently live in the greater Dallas-Ft. Worth area. I have been involved in politics since before I could vote. I am one of those geeks that contemplated getting a fake ID so I could vote in the 1988 Presidential Election (I was 17 at the time). I have worked on many political campaigns from general volunteer being a Regional Political Director for now Governor Huckabee's run for Lt. Governor of Arkansas. I have been a part of many state and local races which is where I honed several of my political thinkings. I was elected as a student senator while I was a student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Also, while there I was the Vice President of the College Republicans.

I was in the US Army Reserve from 1988-1996. I went to Basic Training and AIT to be a Combat Engineer, so yes, I am trained by our government to blow things up.

I took an oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." Although I am no longer in the service I hold that Oath as part of my core being. I feel that it is MY job to protect and defend the US Constitution.

So sit back, relax, read everything that I have here and come back often. I will write here as I am so inspired and I hope to provide you with as many links to fun and educating items as I can.

Thanks for visiting!
