Law Enforcement Officers Memorial
Located on Judiciary Square, Washington,
D.C., the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial was dedicated in 1991 by President George Bush. It honors all of America's
federal, state and local law enforcers. Inscribed on the Memorial's blue-gray marble walls are the names of more than 17,000
officers who have been killed in the line of duty, dating back to the first known death in 1792. An inscription on the Memorial's
east wall explains the uplifting spirit that is felt by every visitor to the Memorial:

KCPD contracts with the PCSO for some services such as Crime Scene Forensics, Communications, and Property Room services.
Though a Mutual Aid agreement, KCPD also works closely with PCSO in and around the Town in the enforcement of criminal laws.

Our Town proudly contracts with the Lealman Fire District to provide fire department services to our community.
