Nature Photography
Something about being out in the quiet woods, hearing only the whistle of the wind, the birds
chirping, and perhaps water washing over rocks in a nearby stream is very special. Go out sometime at 5am and spend
an hour soaking up Mother Nature's glory.
Portraits:
Need a special shot for a special project? I can help with that. I offer in-home service, meaning we'll
set up a time that's good for YOU, on YOUR schedule - I'll be there on time and do a professional job, in your own home,
where you're most comfortable. I'm not a busy studio where I barely have time to say hello, and someone smack me
upside the head if I ever become that way.

Candid/Kids
I prefer more natural looking pictures, in an environment where the subject comfortable.
Thus I prefer to take candid and on-location portraits rather than doing a setup in the studio.
My background in news photography means I prefer taking candid
portraits, as well as kid portraits. The less my subject notices me, the better. This allows me to get true-to-life
images, capturing not just a good image, but personality and character as well.
