Get your money! When the auction ends, we take care of collecting money from the buyer, and packaging and shipping your item. (Remember, the buyer always pays shipping, handling, and insurance charges)! Then, we send you a check within two weeks, after payment has been received. It's as easy as that! ESTATE/IN-HOME/MOVING SALES Minimum Item Value: $200 In-Home Assessment. $25 (payable up front) to come to your house for photographing and measurements. We will research and email recommended pricing. We have a FIRM $200 minimum (per item) for sales within Potomac Falls and $300 minimum (per item) for in-home sales outside the Potomac Falls area. We start the local listings. The fun begins. We will list the items for up to 4 weeks. Get your money! When an item sells, we take care of collecting money from the buyer.
