KJ6MS is Mark Nodine, an amateur radio operator from West Covina, California. My first ham license was earned in September 1987 with Novice call sign KB6UKQ. I simultaneously upgraded to the Technician license and received the new call N6QYT in October. In 1988, I upgraded twice more--General, then Advanced, becoming KJ6MS, the call I have today.
I (still) work for the telephone company (35 years!!) and also hold a commercial FCC license. I play by traveling, on the radio and now, on the computer.
