The standard fee for a full day mediation with
Ms. Klerman is $5500. This flat rate includes the following:

The fee must be deposited in advance and is
fully refundable unless the mediation is canceled or taken off the
calendar within 14 business days of the scheduled date. Fees may
be higher for mediations scheduled on weekends or holidays.
Ms. Klerman's fee for class action mediations is $6500.
Ms. Klerman's fee for a half-day mediation
is $3500, which includes all preparation time, pre-mediation calls
and four hours of session time.
