is also holding a block of rooms. Rates are  $115/130 (Sgl/Dbl Rate).

Reservations for attendee’s guestrooms are set up for each individual to call in and make reservations on their own. Please use our toll free number 800-589-6285 and ask for “Cardfest” (Group reservation #48336).  All guests will enjoy complimentary continental breakfast, turn down service, parking, airport transportation and complimentary hors d’oeuvres in our 1st Floor Chancellor’s Club, serving top shelf cocktails and gourmet hors d’oeuvres.  Additional amenities include a fitness center, complimentary DSL, and some rooms with DVD players.  This guestroom block will be released on March 14, 2006. Any reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.  Every attempt will be made to honor your group rate after the drop date.  See their website for location and directions.

NOTE: The airport is blessedly small and navigable, but far from the town.  If you’re not staying at one of the two blocked hotels you’ll need to get a taxi.  If you are staying at one of the two hotels, then there are cheaper options: For the Concourse, you can phone the Concourse to send their shuttle (the hotel says it’s a free shuttle, no charge, officially, but tipping is traditional).  For Campus Inn,  head for the north end of the baggage claim, step outside and when you reach the taxi stand, look for the silver and blue Madison Taxi, which has a complimentary arrangement with Campus Inn; they’ll taxi you to Campus Inn for free and the inn will pay for it.

Details on accomodations will be posted soon.
