My wife's name is Baolu. She was born in Shanghai, China,
and is now a U.S. citizen. Baolu loves the 4449 steam engine and has been known to accompany me on local trainspotting

I work at a local building products company as a computer technician.
I have lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 30 years and still enjoy getting out and railfanning the old Great Northern
mainline through Stevens Pass.
I grew up in West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in the 1960's which
was a wonderful place for a kid to be. Many summer days, David Hamilton and I would ride our bikes down to Dunderave,
over to Ambleside, Park Royal or even clear out to North Vancouver and the area's only McDonalds! I moved back to the
States in 1970, but I've always had a soft spot for West Van.
BTW...if anyone knows what happened to Dave Hamilton, please drop me a line at obscuretrainmovies@verizon.net. We lost touch in 1974 and the last I heard, his family moved to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He was a great kid
and I'm just wondering what happened to him.
