Solo and Ensemble Contest!
Congratulations to Lauren Kane, who received 2nd place in the music theater division
of the DFW chapter National Assoc. of Teachers of Singing (NATS) competition. Cassie Pelton also advanced to semi-finals
in both classical and music theater.
TV Stars! Justin Blankenship will be in some HEB grocery store commercials,
dancing behind Sabrina Bryan of the Cheetah Girls. Look for Bob Janitz in a new Dallas Morning News commercial.
Kate Bristol had a THIRD call-back audition in New York to be in "Spring Awakening."
We are keeping our fingers crossed, and looking forward to some interesting stories about a Broadway audition!

Pelton made the all-region choir. Kelli Caldwell (pictured at right) made the all-area choir, and Kate Bristol
(pictured below) made the all-state choir for the third year in a row.
