What are these things? These are referred to as "Memorandums" although, as you can see, they go by many different names on the actual document. (Yes, Memorandums or Memoranda are the correct plural terms, not "memorandi".)

While most of the time these revenue stamps are found loose, sometimes it can be more interesting (and certainly more challenging) to collect them still attached to these Memorandums as they were originally used.
