The pricing structures included in the Contract Servicing area are meant only as a guideline to pricing a landscape architecture project. It is of utmost importance to communicate projected needs and budgets, to assure all needs are met. Complexity of the job, where it is located, and client needs all play into price structuring. Landscape Solutions believes strongly in charging for design time, unless other options are discussed at the onset of the project. We are here to assist and create for our clients outstanding designs that exceed needs by growing more beautiful each year, as well as save money in maintenance, plant replacements, and water. 	Landscape Solutions as a Design Service for Residential Clients • On-site Consultation: Consultation and design are charged at $100 per hour for all projects in central Wisconsin. Consultations are usually an exchange of ideas between the client and the designer. Landscape Solutions can offer creative and innovative suggestions for your home. By consulting before you start a project, you can save hours of time and avoid costly mistakes. This is a great service for those who have the abilities to install their projects, but may lack direction. • On-site Design: On-site design is charged is at $150 per hour. After reviewing the site and consulting with the client, on-site design encourages quick decisions regarding the landscape needs. A sketch will be done suggesting elements such as walkways, patio areas, walls and plantings. Not recommended for long term projects. • Landscape Master Plan: This plan includes detailed features such as plant layout, hard structure detailing, walkways, water features, lighting and other details needed to provide complete information for installation. The projects can range from a small quiet backyard retreat to a large estate plan. For central Wisconsin projects, consultation and design fees are charged based on design/build at $100 per hour. For projects outside our local design/build area, consultation fees are at $100 per hour and design fees are at $135 per hour plus travel with a $500 minimum charge. • Office Sketch: These are done immediately after obtaining information about the project from the client. Photos of the site are very helpful. The hourly charge for office sketches is $75 per hour. Appointment is necessary! • Project Consultation: After obtaining a plan, project consulting is offered to those who need some assistance with on-site layouts of walkways, plant materials, etc. Consultation is charged at $100 per hour unless negotiated as part of a larger project. Travel will be charged at $65.00 per hour. Drawings can be converted to CAD. Landscape Solutions works hand-in-hand with architectural and engineering services to provide their clients with most creative and cost effective plans available. • Landscape Solutions can assist with plants for project with a 10% discount given on plant materials, delivered to the site. We are here to assist your needs to get the job done right, just let us know how we can help with all your plants material needs. • Unless a project is facilitated by Landscape Solutions we are not responsible for the installation of the project.
