Rates are based on double occupancy and include continental breakfast. Additional person is $20 per night. All rooms are air-conditioned. Lantana House is a smoke-free guest house. All rooms have private baths. Wireless Internet service is available in all the guest rooms.

Reservations require one night advance deposit within seven days of making the reservation, which is applied to the last day of the reservation.  Two week cancellation notice required for deposit refund.

Two day reservation for weekends. Three day minimum for Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day. All rates subject to 9.7% Massachusetts Room Tax.
