I see where our very own Sen. Rick Santorum was in Scranton presenting a check.
One would get the feeling that he's running for re-election against someone from Scranton named Casey, and
I think he's worried.
I think Scranton and the surrounding communities are going to be getting a lot more federal dollars. It's
amazing where the money starts coming from when it's time for re-election and, who knows, he might move back to Pennsylvania
until the election is over, then back to Virginia.
A reporter should ask him about the mountains of out-of-state garbage and what he intends to do about it.
And the next time he's talking to President Bush, Mr. Santorum should ask him to ask Tony Blair how his
private investments are working in England, compared to our Social Security, and if the people would rather have a system
like ours.
