Incumbent Republican has $2.8 million available for 2006 race.
Sen. Rick Santorum raked in nearly $2 million in campaign contributions during the first three months of

Santorum, seeking his third term, recently issued a fund-raising appeal saying he wanted to raise $20 million

Schwartz, who raised a whopping $4.6 million to win her first term in November, brought in $408,000 in the
first three months of 2005. But she also spent $136,000 — including a $12,500 contribution to the Democratic Congressional
Campaign Committee — to finish with $295,000.
The 13th District covers parts of Montgomery County and northeast Philadelphia...
