The magic day is finally here! Obama is President and I, for one, have hope again. Anyway, entries are trickling in already. Entry confirmations and posting to the website will start by the end of the month. Currently looking for people to help out on the tournament committee and for a tournament co-director.

We will not offer online entry this year. There are additional fees to set up in addition to the PayPal charges. It would force an increase to the entry fee. Our goal is to keep the price as low as possible. While it would be even more of a benefit to us to consolidate payments and save time on processing individual checks, increasing the entry fee is not acceptable.

Entries are being accepted by 'snail mail' (with check for entry fee). Tournament Software license received this week and posting will start shortly. Still considering whether to use the Tournament Software to offer Online Entry/Payment. Online payment would be through PayPal, which will charge 2.9% + $0.30 per payment. If online payment is offered, probably need to charge an additional convenience fee to cover PayPal costs.
