ENTRY FEE:  Per Player Fee for 2009 will be $69. There will be no early-bird entries this year.  

ENTRY DEADLINE:  The finaleadline for entries is May 9th.  Draws will be made on May 10th.  
 
REFUNDS:  Due to commitment of funds in preparation for the tournament, there shall be no refunds offered to players or teams who have to cancel after May 2nd.  In exceptional cases, the committee may grant refunds up to a maximum of 50% of the entry fee if a paying replacement is found.
 
WAIT LISTS:  A waiting list will be maintained if more entries are received than can be accommodated in a particular draw. As withdraws occur, wait-listed players become eligible to participate and will be notified.
 
FORMAT:  All teams guaranteed 3 matches, regular scoring, win or lose.  Most teams will get 4 matches provided a sufficient number of teams in the draws.
 
Best of 3 sets, regular scoring for all matches.
 
4 TEAM DIV - Round robin. Each team plays 3 matches, win or lose - 2 Saturday, 1 Sunday;
 
8 TEAM DIV - 2 groups of 4-team round robins. Each team will play 3 matches, win or lose - 2 Saturday, 1 Sunday, winners of each group play a final on Sunday ;
 
16 TEAM DIV - USTA Compass. Each team plays 4 matches - 2 Saturday, 2 Sunday.  There may be modifications based on intermediate number of teams, injuries or defaults.  We will do our best to let all teams play 4 matches. 
 
MATCH TIMES:  Matches will be scheduled between 8am and 6pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Please enter ONLY if you are prepared to play anytime during these hours.
 
RAIN DELAYS:  In the unlikely event of rain or other inclement weather, the tournament committee will do their best to get matches completed over the weekend, though shortened match formats may have to be implemented (e.g. no-ad scoring, pro-sets, 3rd set = tie-breakers, etc).  No refunds can be provided in the event of weather or other natural events disrupting and preventing play.
 
DRAW PARTY:  A draw party will be held Friday evening for the players.  More information will be posted as the event gets closer.  
 
SATURDAY NITE PARTY:  A small banquet will be held Saturday evening after the first day of play at Lasher's Restaurant on their fabulous outdoor party.  Food will be served, including two carving stations, pasta, desserts, appetizers and more.
