Compass Draws Limit the Maximum Number of
Teams per Division to 16 (32 Players).
A, B and C draws will be Compass format.
Open draw will be Round Robin format, limited to up to 8 teams (16 players).
D draw will be either Compass (12-16 teams) or Round
Robin (8 teams) depending on number of entries.
