Your Prospects of Success
Please note that Image De-Blurring is not successful in every case. Some blurs are so complex that they prove impossible to model. There are also various other processes present which introduce random noise, thus limiting the quality of any restoration. Finally, image compression schemes commonly used in the transfer of pictures on the internet, will tend to undermine restoration attempts.
On the other hand, removal of regular patterns, however complicated, is achieved with high success rates.
