The villa is is part of a small private enclave of five individually owned homes that share a private beach and pool and are situated in the tropical gardens of a former coconut plantation, Mata Grande, on beautiful Ambergris Caye in Belize. It is located just over four miles north of San Pedro Town Center...just close enough to enjoy the charm of San Pedro, but far enough away for privacy, peace and exclusivity. On arrival you will find lush tropical vegetation, white sand beaches, swaying palm trees, peace and serenity with stunning views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea and the Belize Barrier Reef. |
