Meet with clients to determine needs and desires
Establish preliminary budget
Measure and draw existing conditions, if applicable
Generate and develop preliminary design solutions
Review zoning codes
Architectural Design
Evaluate and refine preliminary design solutions
Review for code issues (including ADA compliance)
Produce documents for bidding, permit application and construction.
Coordinate with other consultants: Site Engineer, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, Lighting Designer, HVAC and Electrical Engineers, etc.
Construction Contract Administration
Conduct bidding process
Observe construction
Authorize payments to contractor
