EXCERPT FROM TWIST OF FATE:
Amelia wandered over, scrutinizing the bank of monitors for some clue into what had everyone transfixed. A visual readout of each patient's heartbeat undulated in waves across the screen; occasional blank rows indicated empty rooms. Despite the mesmerizing pattern the lines produced, nothing unusual was evident.
"And we're all looking at exactly . . . what?" she snipped.
"A ghost signal!" Trish said. She indicated a particular wave.

Q. You work at a hospital. Was any of
this story based on true events?
A.Yes! Lots of spooky things happen when you work in a hospital at night, and things like ghost signals and call lights mysteriously going off are just a couple. During a particularly paranormal week on the job, some coworkers and I were sitting around talking about weird occurrences we've faced on the job...and soon, the idea for A NURSE, FOREVER was born.
Q. Really? Have you ever encountered a ghost when you were at work?
