In-Labor Services -

      Meet you at home in early labor if desired
      Stay with you throughout labor and birth
      Provide physical and emotional support
      Encourage your partner and provide comfort suggestions if desired
      Ensure you partner stays "fed and watered" and has opportunities to rest
      Respect you and support your choices for pain control, etc.
      Take pictures, videotape or audiotape of special moments, if desired
      Give you confidence in yourself and your abilities

Post-Partum Services -

      Remain with you for an hour after the birth or until you feel comfortable
      Provide assistance with breastfeeding
      Help in accessing resources for post-partum questions
      Assist you in writing a birth story

Service Fees

The cost for my services is $350.  A non-refundable retainer fee of $150 is due at the first pre-natal meeting with the balance due at the last pre-natal meeting.  There will be an additional fee of $50 if travel of more than 40 miles from my home is required.  However, these fees are negotiable should your financial situation deem it necessary.

I will make every effort to provide the services described.  If I fail to attend your birth due to my error, there will be no charge for my services beyond the retainer fee, which covers the cost of the prenatal visits, handouts, and my “on-call” availability.
