2. Take 50 to 404 east • Note: if 50 is backed up you can continue on 301 until 213 Centerville head south (right turn) to 309 left on 309 to 404 then left on 404 3. Take 404 to RT 13 - it merges with it • Go for approx 2 miles on Rt13/404 (2 lights) – stay on 404 • 404 makes a hard left – a Royal Farms on the corner, Mc Donalds, and Gas Stations on Far Corner 4. Continue on 404 - until it reaches Route 113 ~ 10 Miles 5. Right on 113 for 11 miles to Route 20 east - near Millsboro • Route 20 East comes in several miles after Route 20 West 6. Left on Route 20 - it merges with Route 26 • You make a hard left again to stay on RT 20/26 7. Stay on Route 26 to Bethany Beach 8. Take 26 towards Bethany Beach • Note RT 26 makes a hard left by a church. 9. Continue on to Central Ave. • You will pass the Food Lion on your left - Giant on the right. 10. Make a left onto Central Ave. • There is a church and a cemetery on the right • Central Ave has a light at the intersection) 11. Continue on Central Ave. until you come to a traffic light. • This is Fred Hudson Parkway 12. Go through the light and look to your left for the signs for Bethany Lakes Bayside. • There is a large entrance sign and a fountain on the left the first entrance is under construction take the second entrance. 13. Enter the community and make the first right. 14. Continue a very short distance until you see a left turn. • You are looking at our building. Go slightly past the street and park in front of Unit #114. 15. The sign is on the door - 114. • You can also go around the back of the building and park in the garage - after you get the Garage Door opener Note- Bethany Lakes Bayside is across from Magnolia’s Restaurant 1. Take exit towards US-13 S / US-301 S / US-40 W / US-13 N / BALTIMORE / DOVER-NORFOLK / WILMINGTON. or Take exit for Route 1 South • Note Route 13 S Merges with Route 1 South in Deleware 3. Take Route 1/ 13 for 50 miles (approx) 4. Take a slight right towards US-113 S. Drive for 28.3 5. Right on 113 for 11 miles to Route 20 east - near Millsboro ( • note Route 20 East comes in several miles after Route 20 West) 6. if you get lost head for Magnolia’s Notes • Fred Hudson Parkway goes directly to Rt. 1 Coastal Hway. When heading to the beach take Hudson to Rt. 1 make a right and cross over by Bethany resort furnishings. There is a back road to the beach behind the store. • The Food Lion is open 24 hours a day all year • Outside the Rite Aide are free local newspapers • Inside the Food Lion are free papers, etc • Ocean City is South on Route 1 Coastal Highway • Very Large Boardwalk • Rehoboth is North on Coastal Highway • Outlets and Restaurants |
