Circa 1900 brick townhouse with spacious living room/dining room and partially enclosed patio for guests who wish
to enjoy sitting in our rear garden, perhaps to enjoy an after dinner drink, morning coffee or a cigarette break
in the fresh air (the house is non-smoking).
The house has a two bedroom suite with a private bathroom in the hall between the two rooms. The larger room has a king
bed, TV, desk, mini-fridge and the smaller room has a single bed, desk, and TV. Its perfect for a couple who want two rooms
or perhaps for travelers with children or a parent or friend accompanying them. Free Wireless Internet is available
throughout the house. For larger parties, another room with a king bed, TV and shared bathroom is available, as is a fold-up
cot for an additional person, which fits in any of the rooms.
Well behaved children are welcome! No pets though - the house Cocker Spaniel prefers this. He is a small older dog and
enjoys napping undisturbed. The dog can be confined to the kitchen and patio for guests who are uncomfortable with dogs
- he never goes upstairs to the guest rooms.
