Thomas Jefferson University

During my tenure at TJU, I've done everything from installing new computers for the University President's office to writing key infrastructure components such as a password management system. Since 2001 I've been primarily developing web applications using ColdFusion.

Comp-Solutions and Services, Inc.

During my brief time at Comp-Solutions, I worked everywhere from a single-person business, all the way up to large companies, such as Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. I learned during this time that I prefer a stable office environment to the constantly moving around that is consulting.

October 1995-Febrary 1998

MicroWarehouse Inc.

I spent most of my time at MicroWarehouse as a technical support representative. In this capacity, I assisted our customers, with a large variety of products. When you find yourself regularly fixing products over the phone that you've never even seen, let alone used before, you quickly learn good troubleshooting skills. Towards the end of my time, I was promoted to technical trainer, where I stayed until the training department was dissolved.
