Contacting The PBAA/Report Forms
“I have seen what I would not have believed on your testimony...”

-unknown witness to novelist William Thackeray
People who have had anomalous experiences or have witnessed something they feel is unexplainable within the Orange/Ulster area of Upstate New York are encouraged to document their experience with the Archive, which adds the account to the existing body of reports.  This also opens up the opportunity to explore the experience further.   A report form, available as a download on this page, is offered as a quick and thorough way for first-hand witnesses to report their experiences.  People who have knowledge of accounts or stories/folklore from the Pine Bush area are encouraged to email the Archive.  In addition, residents of the area who feel they have information or insight that would be of interest to the Archive, especially in regard to the reports of lights/objects in the skies and fields of the area, are also encouraged to contact the Archive.  Any additions to the Archive are greatly appreciated.

To complete a report form, use the link above to download the text file (right-click for Internet Explorer, control-click for Safari).  Open the downloaded file using any word processing program (Microsoft Word or Works, Word Perfect) and follow the quick directions at the start of the document.  The report form should take only a matter of minutes to fill out, and for help please email the Archive.  Reports can also be documented via the phone or email exchanges.
