4) The Boogie Pimps: Salt Shaker

2002.  A 12" vinyl promo record by this German band was released to promote their first CD.  The promo record featured Johnny on spoken excerpts from the film, Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas.  For legal reasons, the record was withdrawn and was never officially released in this form.  The CD version removes Johnny's spoken voice.  Images of the 12" vinyl version with many thanks to Claudia!
