I am on a mission to organize my house and my life.

God is a God of order.
In Numbers, He organized the tribes of Israel into a grid of campsites.

Even Paul the Apostle advises "But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way." - 1 Cor 14:40

So getting the "house in order" is as much a divine calling for me as it is practical.

Organizing Progress Chart

The race is on for me to organize the house before baby comes!!  I'm starting with the 2nd floor.  

I still have a way to go, but I'm shooting to have the 2nd floor done (not including the nursery) before baby.  (Original goal was by the end of January, but, oh well...)

Update:  organized the foyer by installing a two tier shoe rack next to the entry door.  Was able to get all the shoes off the floor and purged a few that I don't wear anymore.  Now, I love the front entrance of the house!  

Baby furniture delivered today (2/18/04), so DH and I will spend the weekend putting it together.

Had to downgrade the home office to yellow, because my eBay stuff is starting to pile up in one corner...
