"The Shopkeepers" is a Western New York band that has been together for more than 35 years. At present, it has been reduced to a two piece group with vocals, guitar, bass, and a drum machine instead of the real drummer. Who knows? In the future, it may again be a three piece group consisting of guitar, bass, drums, and vocals.
We play a variety of music including classic rock & popular, country, blues, and original tunes. Being a small group, we have good control of volume levels and can adapt rapidly to the job. We are electrified and therefore have a variety of sound variations. The following are a few of the tunes we perform:
- It Don't Come Easy
- Lodi
- Tore Down
- Peaceful Easy Feeling
- Who Say's You Can't Go Home
- Taking Care of Business
- I Can See Clearly
- Light My Fire
- I Won't Back Down
- Old Time Rock & Roll
- Boulevard of Broken Dreams
- Bad Love
- Back in the USSR
- Rockin'in the Free World
- Closing Time
