How far is the beach?

The beach is a five minute walk from the condo.

Where is the condo located from the beach?

The condo is located on a hill on the Flamingo penninsula overlooking the  Flamingo marina and potrero beach on one side  and the Flamingo Beach on the other side.

Is there secured parking?

There is a 24 hour security guard with the parking lot.

 Do you have a internet?

Wireless internet is available at the Flaminogo beach resort at no charge.

What about departure tax?

Departure tax is $26 per person. You can pay at the bank near the condo ahead of time or you can pay at the airport.

How far is the grocery store?

The grocery store is down the street from the condo. There is also one less than a mile away. The bigger grocery store is in Huacas.

When is check-in & check-out?

Check-in is at 2PM and check-out is before noon.

Is there a blow dryer and shampoo provided?

no

Other tips.

It is wise to bring bug spray for the rainforest and if you are on the beach at night.

Aso do not forget sunscreen.

How do I book?

Let us know the dates you are interested in reserving. The availability calander is always updated and current. To researve you could put a 50% deposit to paypal.com by opening up a free account. This is safe and secure. Then send the deposit to my email of maryscondo@verizon.net   Once the reservation deposit is confirmed, the property manager will contact you with instructions on how to find her office.You will be meeting her at her office so she can show you where the condo is and give you a key.
