SCHEDULE:

8:45 Registration (Monday only)

9:00 Introductions/Chalk Talk

9:30 Warm-up/Stretching

10:00 Event Group #1

11:00 Event Group #2

Events include 100m, 100 HH, 400m, 800m, 1600m, High Jump, Long Jump,

Shot Put, and Discus.  You will have an opportunity to try all events or concentrate

on one!  On Friday of each session we will divide up into teams

to compete in a min-track meet!
