Dr. Pasternack has a Ph.D. in chemistry and offers more than 30 years of extensive R&D, manufacturing, patent law, worldwide government compliance and management expertise in the chemical industry. A nationally known expert in the field of UV and EB curable coatings, Dr. Pasternack has been selected to present the Technical and Safety Primer Session at the last five RadTech National Conferences (1998, 2000, 2002, 2004 and 2006).

Profile

Dr. Pasternack has hands-on laboratory and R&D management experience in the commercialization of more than 50 new products for a broad range of industrial uses.

Dr. Pasternack developed and implemented a multimillion-dollar global patent program that included worldwide patent enforcement as well as filing patent applications worldwide. In addition, he created and directed a corporate worldwide product MSDS and government compliance program.

For more than twenty years, Dr. Pasternack directed a corporate technical exchange program between his United States laboratory and European and Japanese partners. He has more than 65 publications including patents, journal articles and presentations at technical conferences

Dr. Pasternack has excellent writing skills and is able to communicate complex chemical technology into easy to understand language. His extensive knowledge of chemical and physical analytical test methods is a critical asset in achieving favorable results in client litigation.
