Municipal Engineering & Inspection Services, Inc.
(MEI) was founded in 1995. Our goal has always been to provide quality building inspection and engineering services
to small clients (towns and small villages) at reasonable rates. We understand that the engineering needs of smaller municipalities
are much different from large villages and cities.
Joe Costanza is the President and Founder of Municipal Engineering & Inspection Services,
Inc. (MEI). He is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer with over 35 years of experience, and is a Wisconsin
UDC Certified Building Inspector.

Our Inspectors are Wisconsin UDC (Uniform Dwelling Code) Certified,
and we have a Wisconsin Certified Commercial Building/Plumbing/Electrical Inspector on staff, as well.
