We offer a complete Permitting and Inspection Program tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Services
that we provide include:
- Review of building plans and permit applications for Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) compliance.
- Issue building and driveway permits.
- Conduct all necessary residential construction inspections, including erosion control and driveway inspections,
as required by the UDC and applicable municipal ordinances.
- All recordkeeping required by the State and Municipality and collection of all fees.
- Review of commercial building permit applications and conduct all necessary inspections.
As of January 1, 2005, the Wisconsin Dept. of Commerce began
requiring all municipalities to provide the means for permitting and inspecting new one- and two-family dwellings
and additions/alterations to dwellings built after June 1, 1980.
The Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) requires a minimum
of 7 inspections for new one- and two-family dwellings and additions/alterations to ensure compliance with the building code:
