Hello,

My name is Melissa Novick and welcome to my portfolio site. I am a Graphic Designer with eight years of professional work experience. I can work on both print and web projects as well as on both PC and Mac platforms. I am proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Quark XPress. I have basic programming knowledge such as HTML, CSS and Flash Actionscript.

I graduated from Northeastern University in 2003 with a double major in Graphic Design and Multimedia Studies. While at Northeastern I participated in the co-op work program. The co-op program gave me the opportunity to work at great design groups in and around Boston such as Pearson Publishing, WGBH and John Hancock.

I am currently looking for a Graphic Design, Junior/Associate Art Director, Interactive Designer or Multimedia position. I strive for design work where I can be creative, challenged and solve problems using visual communication.
