OK so I took 2 weeks off work to get to work on the car.  Well it was not as productive as I liked but I did make some progress.  Unfortunatley the motor has not yet been started up.   The dash setup is only temp at this time.  After the car is running, & any drive line bugs are worked out, I will begine construction of the new dash.  Well on to the pics...click on pics to enlarge in a new window

The pics of the engine bay are obviously of work in progress.  Most wiring will be concealed & out of site after intial tuning is complete.  At this point I am awaiting 72lb injectors, 3Bar MAP sensor, & then the intake with GM sensors.  A Porsche 944 Intercooler will fit snuggly in front of the radiator & A/C  to access all available cool air from the front air dam.  Once all parts arrive I will plan another trip to work on the awakening.  Precaution will also be taken by building a custom header bag protecting vital areas from the immense heat that will be radiated from the turbo & header.  Once initial tuning is complete the car will be brought to Chastain Engines to be placed on their Chassis Dyno.  Results will be posted at that time....
