All machine work was performed by Frank's Head & Engine Service of Griffin, GA.
Exhaust fabrication was performed by A1 Muffler of Jonesboro, GA.
Stainless farication was performed by myself & Dave Algie of Algie Composites & Fabrication of Indianapolis,
IN. Turbo, wastegate, flanges, & fuel accesories are through Precision Turbo & Engine of Hebron, IN.

Weisco Flat Top Pistons & FelPro Head Gasket

A mock up motor was put in place for sizing & fabrication of
the exhaust system. Precision Turbo T-3 Turbo, Kooks Custom header, custom SS 3" down pipe into dual 2.5" exhaust, modified
shock tower performed by A1 Muffler for turbo fitting.

External Turbo Smart Wastegate mounted to custom SS flange.
The Header had to modified to allow for placement of the WG. Since Kooks makes this in house for use with an internal
WG, I oppted to do the WG placement with the help of Dave Algie after test fitting the header in the car. Not pictured
is the Titanium shield to protect the motor mount from the excessive heat of the WG.

Gasket matched ported head with stock valves, custom ground Ranger Roller ground by Reed Cams, Dual coil springs.

Custom SS 3" down pipe mounted with a v-band clamp, Turbo Smart
35mm external wastegate, modified Kooks Header to allow for external wastegate.

Custom cut & polished 3/8 SS flanges for the wastegate.
The WG exhaust flange has but cut with a recessed groove for the exhaust elbow. The WG dumps to the atmosphere
to cut back on any possible back pressure to the system.
