*Mustafa
Delioglu - a
Turkish illustrator, and artist of renown in Europe, immediately identified with
the spirit of "Kangaroo Clues." I love how he infused an element
of danger and mystery into his illustrations.

If you like Mustafa's illustrations E-mail

translates for him.
*Aysin
Eroglu - Another
talented illustrator from Turkey. Her art work for "Never Say BOO to a
Frilly," adds fun and drama to my Aussie critters. Aysin is a celebrated
illustrator who has done work for UNICEF, and has her work in European galleries.

*Aytul
Akal acted
as English interpreter for both the Turkish artists above. Without her generous
and insightful interaction, none of this would have been possible. Aytul is also
famous, in her own part of the world, for her delightful children's books, many
of which are illustrated by Mustafa Delioglu. I have some of her books in the
English translations, and they are simply wonderful. E-mail
