We had a good studio session on Friday with Brad adding the long awaited pennywhistle part.  The mix is still pretty rough but the whistle part is very sweet and pleasant.   There will be a little bit of perc to add and Mighty River will be complete.  I am so pleased with all the collaboration and contributions from all my worship friends in this song especially.  The song is getting a good workout this weekend as we used it for worship at regional prayer network meetings.  I broke the rules last night and this morning as I felt moved to use this new song first.  It worked very well.  This morning, everyone was just singing out their heart to the Lord with this new chorus.  I felt the pleasure of the Lord.  As a songwriter, when you've given the words and melody for God's people to love on the Lord, there is no better thing than to hear folks singing like that to the Lord.  All honor to God...
