I have a dial-up internet connection (AOL, MSN, etc.). How will this effect my service?
If you have a dial-up internet connection, the following limitations apply:
Our screen sharing session will be slower and take longer than a high speed internet connection.
If we need to reboot your computer, you will need to be in front of your computer to reestablish your internet connection before the screen sharing session can resume.

No! You have to install our software to initiate a "Screen Sharing" session. The software you install is password protected so our technician cannot connect to your system without knowing the password.

No! You will see exactly what our technician can see and is doing on your own computer screen.
Can I request the same Technician for each visit?
