...of the Boomer Generation

Hello and welcome. I'm a boomer. Well, technically, I was born 15 days before the start of the baby boom era, so that puts me right on the edge. I've finished my first career, and now I'm on to new challenges.

Music (especially jazz) and saxophones are my passion. I play in a piano/sax duo called Jazzmen Duo, the Montgomery County Concert Band, the Doris Simon Swing Band, and a rehearsal band or two. I'm always open to new musical opportunities, so don't hesitate to contact me, if you are in the Philadelphia area, and you need a sax player.

This web site is a way for me to introduce myself and my musical capabilities. But it's also a chance for me to introduce myself in a more personal way, to talk about some of the volunteer activities I am involved in, and to encourage others to volunteer.
