General Meet Information: · Meet start time is scheduled for 6:15, but may begin as soon as BOTH teams are ready. · Each pair of events is to be run as follows: Girls Points, Boys Points, Combined Exhibition (this is per league rules) · Event result cards are to be shared by both teams at the score table. Responsibilities of the home team: · Officials (starter/referee, stroke judges) · Seeding area coordinator (this should NOT be a new parent, since this is an important job for running an efficient meet) · Equipment (blocks, backstoke flags, starter) Responsibilities shared between home and visiting team: · Stroke judge (optional for visiting team) · Seeding area (visiting team is to provide someone to help with this task) · Place judges · Scorekeeper |
