The Mighty Warhorse

    Some scholars dispute the idea that the Medieval warhorse resembled modern-day draft horses, like this Clydesdale ....                                    ... or this Belgian.

    Rather, they say, the warhorse was closer in build to today’s warmbloods – perhaps even somewhat like my Quarter Horse, Champ.
